Digital Twin Operations
Real-time operational insight in a spatial environment
A working browser-based proof of concept combining interactive 3D, simulated equipment telemetry, warning states and maintenance information in spatial context.
An Intelligence Layer demonstrator / proof of concept using simulated operational data and recommendations.
The opportunity
Operational information is often spread across dashboards, maintenance systems, drawings and reports, making it difficult to understand asset status in spatial context.
The demonstrator
Digital Twin Operations brings a 3D facility environment, equipment information, simulated telemetry, maintenance records and warning states into one interactive browser experience. Five selectable assets include circulation pumps, an air handling unit, a buffer tank and an electrical distribution board.
What it demonstrates
- Interactive 3D equipment selection and spatial operational context.
- Simulated operational telemetry, trends and configurable warning thresholds.
- Asset-specific maintenance history and inspection-task approval.
- Desktop and mobile browser interaction, with orbit and zoom controls.
From signal to action
Select an asset, review its condition and inspect the supporting trend. For the primary pump, an elevated simulated vibration reading produces a rule-based inspection recommendation. An operator can approve a task and view it in the maintenance record. The 24-second walkthrough stages this flow automatically.
The result
A working proof of concept demonstrating how operational data and real-time 3D can be brought together in a spatial interface. The build provides a tangible basis for discussing asset context, condition review and maintenance workflows; it does not establish production performance or customer outcomes.
